Show Jump Rally:
Rally gifts-5 beverage buckets, Kathleen painting with horses, region has money to pay for. Rally-3 teams, all with SM. Paperwork good.Noelle on Shannon’s team. We pay SM meal Friday night. Coaching-$65, pricey, kids like Dee, at least no hotel. Get there at 1-backup, meet at Woodstock maybe. 150 stalls, each team 4 with one tack use one trailer for feed. Teams get together ahead, overnight rally different: feed labeled; hand graze; poster done, Emily teach them. Challenge HM, send captain. SJ-Pins or No Pins? Kakhis Friday night.

Cheap, easy money for club, so far $400 in ads. 90 riders this year. SELL!! Each person get 2/3
Region selling mane/tail for fundraiser at SJ Rally.

Loch Moy 21st-would work jump crew for Stadium in Md Horse Trials-Leslie Law Gold Olympic designing course. If you work, pass to school ($50) or trail ride. Need 6/8 for the day-some of our kids big enough, physical strength/stamina

Lessons: Dressage Instructor-Vera3/4 $60, kids like her. Dressage Day –Rally 10/21-Dillsburg-all new tests. Start lessons after nationals. Put dressage book in our libray. Put out request for dressage instructor.

Fall Horse Show-need chair 9/30 streamlined should we do it? (Meetings way too long, stick to agenda-why nobody wants to come) Need a chair by beginning of August. Is there enough enthusiasm?
Fall Ratings: who wants to rate? Sept/Oct. Raters need recommendations. Knowledge needs some work. Yvette can maybe do quiz.
x-country course-detailed accounting see what money to buy some jumps, Juanita chairing. Ron/Dee/Juanita walk the course, call a workday. Look at Loch Moys

Start thinking about 4 people for nominating committee to get together next year’s slate for board.
