• Approve Minutes from Meeting 6/14-done
• Treasurer’s Report-Brenda-Report submitted. Rallys/specialties days make money. Stall deposits shredded.  Show Jump program-gravy income, maybe next year start selling earlier.
• Fun Day Rally-August 19th –Roberta-12 kids, 5 teams.
• Field Prep etc Field not too bad. Prep eating area and xcountry. Meeting Thurs. with her dad to work. Gates open 7, out by 1. 10 minutes to walk course. Need another stable manager.TD-makes everything legal. Mane and Tail for sale.
• Food-Laurel-took donations, almost all filled.
• Fall Horse Show-Carol running. One to run and a small committee. Seneca likes our previous style shows. Hunter Pace this time? 11/4 is the date. Figure out what type of show to do. Change up a little. Put out ad asap.
• Polocrosse Rally-10/14. TD-Vicky Bowman. HM-Yvette Seger. NEED PLAYERS. MD rally 8/22/23. Not an expensive rally to run. Need practices though.
• Rally Updates-Kathleen-loss on Funday Rally Laura says to still go ahead.  Coggins MUST match equine release.9/16-NQ eventing rally-paper by 8/29. No rising stars. Need stable managers desperately.  Kits need duck tape. Medication dates expiring. October there is polox, dressage.
• Dressage Day-Diana and Marissa doing, Roberta helping-9/22.Find out rally fix it test. Need a judge-Nicky Ericker $200/day. Have lots of ribbons on hand.
• Fall Ratings/Lessons (dressage, flat, jumping, polox)-Elizabeth-Ratings, find out who rating. C1’s join up with other clubs.  Need commitments for preps-knowledge-Yvette $20/hr. Dee D. doing lessons. Dressage-Vera, call Marissa.  Like to get some high end instructors, maybe clinic style b/c of costs. Melissa Huntsberger good instructor. Focus on upper levels too.
• Field Maintenance-(Dee C. has some passes for xcountry at Loch Moy.)  Field looks good.
• Poolesville Day?-8th.  Motion not to do-passed. Last year only attracted little kids needing lessons.  Ride in parade? Need bomb proofing clinic for kids. Try Tom Eyler.
• X-country jumps-Julie and Roberta tackling. Motion to spend $2000, passed. Need 2’3”, 2’6”, 2’9”. Get Rob’s number, bench feeder.
• Fundraising-Southern States-Laura has bunch to get out.
• Sponsors Meeting/nominating committee-Laura Molsky. Date 10/10. Nominating committee submits a slate of officers. Dee is not reupping as a co-DC.

Meeting adjourned at 9:30, half hour behind schedule, not bad.
